What buyers say about Classic Trail Mix Snack Packs
Good Classic Trail Mix in Convenient Portions
I like having these individual packs around for a quick snack, especially when I don't want to open a large bag and end up eating more than I intended. The 2-ounce portions are a good size for a snack, and the individual packaging makes them easy to toss into a lunch bag, backpack, or keep in the car. The classic trail mix combination has a nice balance of nuts, fruit, and a little sweetness.Pros:Convenient individual 2-ounce packagesGood portion size for a quick snackEasy to take to work, school, or on tripsClassic combination of nuts, fruit, and sweet ingredients28 packages provide plenty of snacksIndividual packaging helps keep the mix freshGreat to have on hand when you need something quickCons:Some of the individual portions can have more of one ingredient than anotherA little pricey compared with buying one large bagNot ideal if you prefer trail mix with more variety or specialty ingredientsIndividual packaging creates more plastic wasteOverall, this is a convenient way to keep trail mix available without having to measure out portions yourself. The individual bags are the biggest selling point for me, making these particularly useful for lunches, travel, or grabbing a quick snack on the way out the door.
Fairly cheap price for fairly cheap trail mix
When you think basic trail mix, you are definitely thinking of this. This is your extreme no frills trail mix. It's easily more than 50% peanuts. And there are some almonds cashews m&Ms and some really strange, large raisins. I'm not even entirely sure what kind of raisins those are. They are fairly large and don't taste like much. What I received is good until February of 2027. It came in at the end of June 2026, so they aren't incredibly shelf stable. That's plenty of time to eat them, but it does make me wonder exactly when they were packaged. Nothing in their tastes old.2 oz of trail mix is probably more than you were thinking. That picture I attached to this is one of the little 2 oz bags dumped out. This is flavored with salt. That's another reason it's classic trail mix. It has salt, some more salt, and then salt again. There's literally nothing in there to flavor it aside from salt. The amount of m&m's candy was a bit disappointing. They're supposed to be more m&M's in there than there are anything but peanuts. I don't think so. Looking at the distribution, there are just a few here and there. So, it is very cheap, very basic trail mix. It is cheap, so I guess it evens out. It's only about 89 cents a bag right now. That's incredibly cheap for 2026.
